Below is a general list of conditions we specialize in treating. The ways in which we treat these conditions are tailored to each patient. We try to use conservative treatment and employ the least disruptive surgical plan using intra-operative navigation. This includes smaller incision size and hair sparing techniques. Brain

Treatment of brain tumors including meningioma, brain metastases (all types), glioma, glioblastoma. Options:

Stereotactic Radiosurgery (such as CyberKnife)
Minimally disruptive cranial surgery for tumor biopsy and/or resection.

Cerebral Bypass for Intracranial stenosis

Spine

Treatment of disc herniation: minimally disruptive surgery for decompression.

Treatment options of spine tumors including spine bone tumors, metastasis, and spinal cord tumors (ependymoma, astrocytoma, schwannoma, meningioma):

Radiofrequency ablation with percutaneous biopsy and kyphoplasty
Cyberknife
Minimally disruptive surgery for tumor resection and spine stabilization (if needed). Emergency care provided.

Treatment of spinal stenosis options:

Minimally disruptive decompression surgery.
Surgery may require fusion, in which we use intra-operative navigation and imaging for placement.
We also offer motion sparing (artificial disc replacement) when appropriate.

Treatment of spine deformity:
